Huston was the 2nd child of John Huston and Enrica (a former ballerina who was the son of Walter Huston, actor Walter Huston). Huston's family relocated from California from 1953 to County Wicklow. The following year, they moved at a manor house in County Galway. Huston lived on this estate for most of her youth.
